Rental / Usage RestrictionsRentable, yes, in the sense that an artist can pay a fee and exhibit his/her art on the gallery walls.
The lfg upholds the principle of inclusion, where barriers to participation are deliberately removed. So the fees are held low. The gallery can be "accessed" any time through the large window in the FCA building. Even though the hours are limited, the gallery fills an important role in providing a venue for those who want to gain valuable experience in showing their work, perhaps for the first time.
